Автомобиль сезона 1993 года. Впервые был показан на ВДНХ в 1992 году.

Место двигателя Cummins и механической коробки передач Eaton заняли 900-сильный дизель Caterpillar 3176 и пятиступенчатый автомат ZF 5HP-600.

Автомобиль выступал и в сезоне 1994 года, который стал последним для заводской команды ЗиЛ.
