Фирма MOVAG (Швейцария) поставляет в Канаду бронемашины MOVAG Piranha четырёх семейств, где им присваиваются обозначения LAV-I, LAV-II, LAV-III и LAV-IV, оснащаются американской башней Delco с пушками калибра 25, 30, 105 мм, а также 120 мм миномётами.

С 2003 года производство принадлежит американской военно-промышленной компании General Dynamic.
