Изготовлен на базе шасси МАЗ-547В. Одна ось неведущая (14х12), но сделана управляемой. Неведущий мост получил увеличенный ход подвески, способный выдержать трехкратную нагрузку (длина хода подвески ±150 мм на ведущих мостах, ±250 мм - на неведущей оси).
