Пробный вариант "скорой помощи" на базе пятидверного автомобиля ВАЗ-2131, но с кузовом с удлинённым задним свесом и высокой крышей (изготовлен Опытно-промышленным производством АВТОВАЗ). В дальнейшем конструкция кузова использовалась для обычного (гражданского) автомобиля ВАЗ-2131-02.
