Медицинский универсал экстренной медицинской помощи, построенный в 2 экземплярах (шасси №68 и 69), которые отличались надстройкой крыши над водителем. Первая машина была передана на службу в Четвертое управление Минздрава СССР, обслуживавшее партийный аппарат, второй автомобиль работал в МСЧ-1б АТЦ ЗиЛ.
