Модификация ГАЗ-14 "Чайка" с кузовом универсал и медицинским оборудованием. Было изготовлено 5 экземпляров - 2 для лидера Кубы Ф. Кастро, и еще три, видимо, для 4-го управления Минздрава СССР, обслуживавшего высших чиновников.
