JCB Fastrac 8250, JCB Dieselmax, JCB 214 Series 2

In 2006 the world diesel land-speed record was broken on the Bonneville Salt Flats in the USA by Wing Commander Andy Green driving the JCB Dieselmax Streamliner car at 350.092 mph speed.

2005 – Fastrac 8250 launched with 8.3-litre Cummins engine and V-TRONIC transmission.

2006 – Fastrac 8250 capable of 105kph (65mph) gets JCB's high-geared Dieselmax World speed record car rolling during the start-up procedure.
