Одновременно с Golf G60 Rallye разработчики создали ещё одну новую модель. Взяв двигатель от модели GTI 16V и оснастив его механическим нагнетателем, они смогли поднять планку мощности до 210 л.с. Чтобы реализовать столь высокую мощность, был применён полный привод Syncro.

Кузов, полностью идентичный модели Golf GTI, окрашивался только в чёрный цвет.
