На старте продаж в 2013 году Donkervoort D8 GTO предлагался в единственном исполнении Premium, включавшем полный набор опций, доступных для модели. Тираж был ограничен 25 экземплярами, каждый из которых нес индивидуальную номерную табличку. Производство D8 GTO Premium завершилось в 2014 году, после чего был начат выпуск «регулярных» версий — базовой Touring и оспортивленной Performance.
