Agrale will launch at the Latin America Aerospace & Defense exhibition, or LAAD 2013, the utility vehicle Marruá AM 41 – VTNE 2 ½ ton 4X4. At the event, which will be held on April 9 to 12 at the Riocentro Pavilion in Rio de Janeiro, the company will showcase five models from its family of utility vehicles developed especially for military applications in the versions for reconnaissance, troop transport and security forces.

The new Agrale Marruá AM 41 was designed to meet the needs of armed forces for transporting equipment, cargo and troops over any terrain, with 5,000-kg capacity (cargo + towing). The new utility vehicle features suspension with ample travel, excellent internal cabin space, a MWM 165-hp engine and a two-speed transfer case with dashboard activation.

Other highlights from Agrale are the Agrale Marruá AM 31 - VTNE 1½ t 4X4 military utility vehicle; the AM 21 VTNE ¾ t 4x4 military utility vehicle; the VTL Rec reconnaissance unit; and the Marruá AM 200 dual-cab police version. Other vehicles from the Agrale Marruá line will be on display at the booths of the Brazilian Navy (AM 11 TNE 4x4 AML) and OTT Blindados (AM 200 Armored Vehicle).

A military vehicle is the showpiece at Agrale’s stand in the Fenatran 2013 trade show. The military vehicle is the Agrale Marruá AM 41 – VTNE 2 ½ ton 4X4 truck specially developed for the Brazilian armed forces.

The new Marruá AM 41 was designed to meet the military’s needs to transport equipment, cargo and personnel on any terrain – with total capacity of 5,000 kg (cargo + trailer). Among the vehicle’s features are an ample suspension travel, cabin space, the 165 hp MWM engine and the dual speed transfer case that is controlled from the dashboard.
