At this year’s Komatek, the trade fair for construction machinery, technology and equipment held from May 6 to May 10 in Ankara (Turkey), visitors can find the Liebherr stand in the outdoor area A2-02. Here Liebherr presents machinery for earthmoving and special deep foundation operation.

The line-up from Liebherr at the Komatek trade fair consists of crawler excavators, wheel loaders, a duty-cycle crawler crane and a rotary drilling rig. Liebherr presents four crawler excavators. The smallest one is the R 916 which provides an operating weight of approx. 25 tonnes for bucket capacities from 0.80m³ to 1.2m³. The engine delivers 115 kW / 157 HP.

Москва, 2 июня 2015 г. – На СТТ´2015 компания Liebherr представит свою разнообразную программу землеройной и перевалочной техники на примере таких экспонатов, как бульдозер PR 734, экскаватор R 916, погрузчики L 538 и L 550, а также перегружателя A 924 C на колёсном шасси. Линейка фундаментостроительной техники Liebherr на выставке будет представлена сваебойной установкой LRH 100.

Гусеничный экскаватор Liebherr R 916 был специально разработан для быстрого выполнения землеройных работы. При проектировании экскаватора были усовершенствованы стальные конструкции. Также была модернизирована ходовая часть. Рабочий вес экскаватора составляет 25 тонн, он оснащается дизельным двигателем Liebherr мощностью 115 кВт / 156 л.с. (по ISO 9249), соответствующий экологическим требованиям Stage IIIA / Tier 3. Двигатель рассчитан на максимально эффективную работу и длительный срок службы.

Как и все экскаваторы Liebherr 6-ого поколения, новый R 916 основан на высокопроизводительной и энергоэффективной 2-контурной гидравлической системе „Positive Control“. Данная система контролирует и организует работу всех потребителей гидравлической мощности экскаватора, обеспечивая возможность синхронного выполнения рабочих движений оборудования без потери гидравлической мощности.

Гидравлическая система „Positive Control“ базируется на двух насосных контурах, способных работать как на одну, так и на разные группы потребителей. Система упреждающе регулирует объёмы подачи гидравлического масла и направляет их в соответствии с запросами потребителей. При этом максимальная скорость выполнения отдельных рабочих движений достигается за счёт суммированной подачи гидравлического потока из обоих насосных контуров. Таким образом, одновременно со значительной энергоэффективностью обеспечиваются высокая скорость, плавность и точность совмещённых движений экскаватора.

From its extensive range of earthmoving and material handling machines, Liebherr's exhibits at the CTT in Moscow include the PR 734-4 crawler tractor, the R 916 crawler excavator, the L 538 and L 550 wheel loaders and the A 924 C mobile materials handling machine. In addition, Liebherr also presents the LRH 100 piling rig, part of its range of special foundation equipment.

Liebherr has designed the R 916 crawler excavator especially for earthmoving work. It has a new steel construction and a newly designed undercarriage. With an operating weight of approx. 25 tonnes, the Liebherr R 916 crawler excavator has an engine output of 115 kW / 156 hp (ISO 9249). The engine guarantees effective power output, high efficiency and a long service life, and it satisfies the Stage IIIA / Tier 3 emissions standard.

Like all crawler excavators of the generation 6, the new Liebherr R 916 features the powerful yet energy-efficient “Positive Control” dual-circuit hydraulic system. The large number of hydraulic consumers on modern hydraulic excavators, of which three or more functions are often used synchronously or part-synchronously, demands technically sophisticated and matured systems.

The “Positive Control” hydraulic system allows two independent hydraulic circuits for controlling the components, making the necessary volume flow available quickly enough and with optimal energy use. Maximum speeds of individual movements are achieved by accumulating the pump circuits. With its optimal energy exploitation, the hydraulic system stands for performance benefits, especially when movements are executed simultaneously, when driving in a straight line and when levelling.
