Increasing the product range by buying Mitsubishi motorized grader products in 2013, HİDROMEK is now showcasing its own designed motorized grader HMK 600 MG, awarded with German Design Award and IF Design award winner HMK 640 WL rubber tire loader.

The first arcitulated rubber tire loader manufactured by HİDROMEK, HMK 640 WL has 26,3 tonne operation weight and 4,2 m³ bucket volume. HMK 640 WL incorporates a Mercedes engine with 324 HP and 1600Nm torque, 6 cylinder diesel engine. HMK 640 WL featuring 5 forward and 3 backward shifts, allows forwards and backwards movement through single point with TIPSHIFT button. The cabin, providing the comfort of an office chair to the operator, seats with heating and operator console that is integrated to the seat and fully adjustable, offers ergonomics. Furthermore HMK 640 WL cabin that is strengthened with ROPS and FOPS cabin protection systems include an 8” touch screen and storage cabins. The removable single piece engine hood of HMK 640 WL aims to provide ease of service to users with its OPERA control unit and cabin that may be tilted 35°.

HİDROMEK was at Bauma Fair, the world-wide known construction machinery fair, on 11-17 April 2016, in Munich, Germany with its brand new construction machinery.

HİDROMEK, meeting customer needs with its production groups such as backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators and motor graders, will introduce its new motor grader HMK 600 MG, new crawled excavator HMK 300 LC-4 with its engine conforming Tier 4 Final emission standards and new wheeled loader HMK 640 WL besides exhibiting its other products.

HİDROMEK exhibited its first articulated wheel loader HMK 640 WL at Bauma 2016 Fair. The Loader has 4 m³ loading bucket capacity with 24 tons working weight. 324 HP turbo diesel engine with 6 cylinders produced by Mercedes and its industrial adaptation made by MTU, which is the one of the group firms of Rolls Royce, is used on the machine which has an astonishing 1600 Nm max. torque value. The Loader also has TIPSHIFT (Forward-reverse direction control on front loader control lever), an adjustable operator console, an air suspension seat with heating and cooling and OPERA Control System. HMK 640 WL offers high ergonomics and comfort and also provides easy service and maintenance with mono-block opening hood and a tilting cab.

The world premiere of Hidromek’s first articulated wheel loader was held at INTERMAT. The loader has 4 m3 loading bucket capacity with 24 tonnes working weight.

A 324 hp turbo diesel engine with 6 cylinders produced by Mercedes and adapted for industrial use by MTU, which is the one of the group firms of Rolls Royce, has been located at the heart of the machine which has an astonishing 1,600 Nm maximum torque value. The wheel loader has been designed by Hidromek engineers after careful evaluation of operators’ demands and extreme working conditions of quarries and mines and will be in serial production in 2016.
