Ensimmäinen kone totteli Jokerin tavoin korttipakan nimiä ja 1998 Prosilva Ässä 810 syntyi. Sen perusrakenne on edelleen nykyisten Prosilva-hakkuukoneiden ideana. Paluu tela-alustaisiin koneisiin tapahtui 2008, kun 810-harvesterin neljä pyörää korvatiin täysrautarakenteisilla, kaivukonetyyppisillä telastoilla ja mallin markkinointi aloitettin pyöräalustaisen rinnalla.
