The high-volume harvesters available in the Finnish market – the Valmet 901.4 and the Valmet

911.4 – now have new cabs that are even roomier than before. Komatsu Forest’s mid-volume

machines come equipped with new bogies featuring a special structure that guarantees optimal

performance when moving over obstacles, slopes or soft ground. The models that are included

in this new bogie concept are the Valmet 911.4 harvester and the Valmet 840.4 and Valmet 860.4

forwarders.

The new Valmet 911.4 is more stable than any previous Valmet harvester and copes better with steep terrain and poor ground conditions. The reason is the Valmet Comfort Bogie. The Valmet 911.4 also has a roomier cab and the new MaxiXplorer control system, providing operators with the prerequisites to perform at their best day in and day out.
