[I] В классе доработанных серийных купе – LM GT2 - состоялся дебют перешедшей из LM GT1 заводской команды Corvette и её машин C6.R. Дебют удался: Ян Магнуссен (Jan Magnussen) и Джонни О’Коннел (Johnny O'Connell) финишировали вторыми и уступили побившему Porsche 911 Йорга Бергмайстера и Патрика Лонга из коллектива Flying Lizard Motorsports 20 секунд. По временам лучших кругов новый Corvette оказался всего на одну десятую секунды медленнее Porsche. Второй автомобиль C6.R Оливера Гэвина (Oliver Gavin) и Оливье Беретты (Olivier Beretta) закончил гонку на четвёртой позиции в LM GT2. [/I]
