BMW 320td Compact (E46/5) '09.2001–12.2004

Компактный BMW 320td был экономичным вариантом четвертого поколения BMW 3-серии. 4-цилиндровый турбодизель с непосредственным впрыском Common Rail первоначально выдавал мощность 136 л.с., а позже — 150 л.с. Более поздний вариант развивал максимальный крутящий момент 330 Нм всего при 2000 об/мин.
