Предположительно 1995 или 1996 года. На базе M3 3.2 литра.

Мощность 350 л.с. на 7400 об/мин.

Крутящий момент 380 Нм на 4450.

"Стометровка" за 5.1 секунды, один км - 24.2 секунды.

Максимальная скорость - 290 км/ч.

Серьёзно изменены подвеска и тормозная система.

Салон облегчён, сняты задние сиденья, вместо передних - гоночные "ковши", внутренние панели сделаны из кевлара, установлен электронный гоночный щиток приборов, замшевый руль, новые педали и ручка КПП.
