Последней разработкой минчан в серии форвардеров явилась машина «Беларус МЛПТ-364» с более мощным шестицилиндровым турбодизелем Д-260.1 мощностью 155 л.с. и гидромеханической КП (5 передач вперед и 3 – назад). Рама, колеса и гидроманипулятор такие же, как на модели МЛ-131. Возможна установка шведского манипулятора LOGLIFT 71FT с джойстиковым управлением из кабины. Снаряженная масса – 15 700 кг.
