From 2014, Claas will be fitting its new Series 900 and 800 Jaguar models for the North American market with 6-cylinder MTU 1100, 1300 and 1500 engines (based on Mercedes-Benz OM 470 LA, OM 471 and OM 473 LA units). The engines meet EU IV and EPA Tier 4 final emissions specifications by employing exhaust gas recirculation and SCR technology. With power outputs of 300 to 430 kW, the Jaguar models ensure optimum chop quality even under heavy loads and difficult conditions.
