JCB's smallest ever Loadall telescopic handler.

The telehandler is powered by a low maintenance 18.4kW (24.7hp) diesel engine that meets the EU Stage 5 emissions standard without the need for a complex Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or any diesel exhaust fluid, reducing operating costs for customers and simplifying operation.

This 3-cylinder, 1.1-litre engine, which boasts 66.9Nm of torque, drives through a proven Bosch hydrostatic transmission to a 2-speed Linde motor, delivering a maximum travel speed of 15km/h. There's also permanent 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering.

The maximum lift capacity is 1,400kg, while maximum lift height is set at 4m, making this an ideal machine for numerous industry sectors. Lift capacity at full reach is set at 525kg. With an unladen weight of 2,695kg, the machine boasts a 17% higher power-to-weight ratio than the previous 516-40 Loadall.

JCB are long term supporters of the Executive Hire Show and they will be exhibiting once more when this years event opens its doors again on Wednesday 8th & Thursday 9th February at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

JCB will be showcasing its smallest ever Loadall telescopic handler at the long-established EHS plant & tool hire industry show. The 514-40 will be making its debut on the stand and is sure to be of great interest to visitors. The new model has a cab height of just 1.8m and a width of 1.56m. According to JCB, one of the big benefits of this compact machine is that it features the largest cab in its size class and shares core DNA with the whole range of JCB telehandlers.
