Пожарная автоцистерна на базе ЗиЛ-131, разработанная в Особом конструкторском бюро пожарных машин (ОКБ ПМ) (г. Прилуки, Черниговская обл., УССР), а ее изготовление поручили Прилукскому заводу ППО (противопожарного оборудования), расположенного в пгт. Ладан Прилукского района.
