Надстройка автомобиля выполнена фирмой Berger Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbau GmbH из Франкфурта-на-Майне. Шасси для передвижения по рельсам - фирма Schörling из Ганновера. Позднее были построены еще 2 подобных автомобиля, но на шасси других модификаций.
