American LaFrance Type 0-11B стал последней версией в модельном ряду 0-10/0-11. Она получила раздвижные двери, состоящие из двух половинок (как в автобусах), облегчающие выход в стесненных условиях; увеличение длины на 280 мм (до 9525 мм), и на 380 л большую вместимость бака для воды (до 3800 л). Все остальное было аналогичным Type 0-11A.
