A very spectacular group 5 car was the BMW 2002 turbo of Team Schnitzer.

The car had got a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine with only 1426 cc and 400

horse powers. In 1977 it was driven by Peter Hennige (D) and Austrian Grand

Prix driver Harald Ertl.
