The Liebherr Group is present at the CTT Moscow, the international trade fair for construction machinery and technology, from 2 to 6 June 2015 with a 1,700 m² open air exhibition stand (Stand E-2).

The highlights on the Liebherr stand at the CTT include the PR 734-4 crawler tractor, the R 916 crawler excavator, the LRH 100 piling rig, the 43 R4 XXT truck-mounted concrete pump, the LTR 1060 telescopic crawler crane and the 150 EC-B 8 Litronic flat-top crane.

Москва, 2 июня 2015 г. – На СТТ´2015 компания Liebherr представит свою разнообразную программу землеройной и перевалочной техники на примере таких экспонатов, как бульдозер PR 734, экскаватор R 916, погрузчики L 538 и L 550, а также перегружателя A 924 C на колёсном шасси. Линейка фундаментостроительной техники Liebherr на выставке будет представлена сваебойной установкой LRH 100.

В ходе СТТ2015 компания Liebherr представит 20-тонный бульдозер PR 734 L, разработанный специально для российского рынка. Бульдозер оснащается дизельным двигателем Liebherr мощностью 150 кВт / 204 л.с., отвечающим экологическим стандартам Stage IIIA / Tier 3. При рабочем весе от 18 000 кг до 22 100 кг бульдозер PR 734 L предлагается с отвалами объёмом от 3,8 м³ до 5,56 м³.

Гусеничный бульдозер PR 734 L работает под управлением электронной системы Liebherr Litronic 4-ого поколения. Ключевыми преимуществами этой системы являются функция повышения производительности двигателя при прохождении поворотов и функция «Разворот/Поворот на месте», основанная на разнонаправленном движении гусеничных цепей. Включение данных функций происходит автоматически при сильном или полном наклоне джойстика управления ходовой частью. Благодаря этому бульдозер обладает непревзойдённой манёвренностью. Другим преимуществом системы привода в бульдозерах Liebherr 4-ого поколения является низкий расход топлива.

Бульдозер также предлагается с удлинённой ходовой тележкой XL для дорожностроительных работ и ходовой тележкой LGP для работы на слабонесущих грунтах. Опционально доступны специальные комплекты оснащения для эксплуатации на мусорных полигонах, для работы с древесной щепой или углём, а также для применения в лесном хозяйстве и других отраслях. Это позволяет адаптировать PR 734 к широкому спектру требований. Наряду с этим в машине предусмотрены пакеты низкотемпературного оборудования для работы в условиях российской зимы.

From its extensive range of earthmoving and material handling machines, Liebherr's exhibits at the CTT in Moscow include the PR 734-4 crawler tractor, the R 916 crawler excavator, the L 538 and L 550 wheel loaders and the A 924 C mobile materials handling machine. In addition, Liebherr also presents the LRH 100 piling rig, part of its range of special foundation equipment.

At the CTT Moscow 2015, Liebherr presents the crawler tractor PR 734-4 in the 20 tonnes class. This is aimed at the special customer requirements on the Russian market. The PR 734-4 on show features a Liebherr diesel engine with an output of 150 kW / 204 hp and satisfying the Stage IIIA / Tier 3 emissions standard. The PR 734-4 is available with an operating weight of 18,000 kg - 22,100 kg and a blade capacity of 3.8 m³ - 5.56 m³.

The crawler tractors employ the 4th generation Litronic system in their control system. Essential characteristics include the automatic engine output increase when cornering and the “turn with contra-rotating chains” function. This is automatically actuated by the machine when a sufficiently tight turn is executed. This gives the machine unrivalled turning capability. Another advantage of the drive concept of the 4th crawler generation can be found in the significantly reduced fuel consumption.

The undercarriage versions XL for road building and LGP for use on less stable ground extend the machines' range of applications. The options packages for different industrial applications such as waste disposal sites, wood chip and coal handling and for forestry allow the crawler tractors to be perfectly adapted for the requirements of the specific application. Special cold kits are also available for operation at very low temperatures.
