Модель Е99 стала первой в истории Икаруса моделью 2-этажного автобуса.

Было выпущено 3 экземпляра:

первый был сделан на шасси Raba B 309.54:

Ikarus E99DD '1995–98

(на фото, кстати, он недоукомплектованный - эмблемки Raba на передней облицовке не хватает)

И два других было построено на шасси Scania K124 EB 6x2:

и вот этот синий красавец, сделанный для Гонконга, с адаптированным для рынка сбыта расположением руля.
