Alexander Dennis, a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc., one of the world’s leading independent global bus manufacturers, today announced that it has delivered a further Enviro400 double deck bus to West London-based contract and private hire specialist Westbus, part of the international ComfortDelGro group.

The new high-capacity double decker follows two identical buses supplied in 2020 that have proven themselves as cost-effective vehicles to move large numbers of passengers.

Like the earlier examples, the new Enviro400 has been built to the operator’s specification. This includes wood-effect flooring as well as 85 high-back seats fitted with seatbelts and trimmed with ELeather in three tones.

With its low floor and a wheelchair space that is easily accessible from the main doors, the Enviro400 fully meets PSV Accessibility Regulations (PSVAR) without the need for complex lifts.
