A key attraction at the Executive Hire Show will be JCB’s new 19C-1E battery-powered mini-excavator. It features three lithium-ion battery packs providing a 312Ah (15kWh) storage capacity, an on-board charger with 230V/110V input that allows a five- to eight-hour recharging and a sophisticated battery management system to ensure availability across a full shift. The 19C-1E has JCB’s standard load-sensing hydraulic system that provides all the digging performance of a standard mini, but with zero emissions on site and significantly reduced noise levels.
