Two new Liebherr cranes have been added to the fleet operated by Dornseiff Autokrane und Schwertransporte GmbH & Co. KG based in Burbach in the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia. An LTM 1500-8.1 mobile crane and an LR 1250 crawler crane will strengthen the family-run company's crane fleet.

International crane service provider Dornseiff ordered an LTM 1500-8.1 from the Liebherr Ehingen Plant. The 8-axle all-terrain crane with a maximum load capacity of 500 tonnes will enhance the existing crane fleet at the Sibiu site in Romania. The crane was ordered with a 50-metre telescopic boom and a 91-metre lattice boom. This configuration enables it to reach hoist heights of up to 142 metres and radii of up to 108 metres. The new crane will be used for infrastructure projects, in wind power and in industry.

Dornseiff has also added an LR 1250 from Liebherr's Nenzing Plant to its fleet of lattice boom crawler cranes at its Olpe site. The crawler crane has a maximum load capacity of 250 tonnes. Fitted with a luffing jib it can reach hoist heights of up to 140 metres.
