C 50-х гг. фирма Griffet (Гриффэ) являлась главным поставщиком своих автокранов во французские инженерные войска и ВВС. Они создавались на шасси Berliet (Берлие), снабжались одно- или многоместными кабинами с двумя постами управления и всеми односкатными колесами с шинами низкого давления.
