Кстати, в 1958 году Impala была лишь опционным пакетом для топ-модели Bel Air, а самостоятельной моделью стала начиная с 1959 года

И еще одна "мелочь". В 1958 году для Bel Air Impala предлагалось семь (!) вариантов двигателя:

1) 235.5 I6 145 bhp

2) 283 V8 185 bhp

3) 283 V8 230 bhp

4) 283 V8 250 bhp

5) 348 V8 250 bhp

6) 348 V8 280 bhp

7) 348 V8 315 bhp
