Bürstner will launch its first Ford Transit based camper van in the spring of 2022, and is extending its portfolio in the rapidly growing compact recreational vehicle segment.

Kehl. Bürstner's striking new camper van model range on a Ford Transit base is called Lineo. Many of the Lineo's features are similar to those currently offered by the Campeo model range; it is therefore a genuine alternative for singles, couples or young families who are looking for a multifunctional recreational and everyday vehicle that represents excellent value for money.

The standard colour is Frozen White; however, the Lineo can also be ordered in other Ford colours such as Magnetic Metallic, Blue Metallic, Diffused Silver Metallic, Agate Black Metallic and Moondust Silver Metallic. Its standard engine is a 128bhp manual; it also comes with crosswind assist, traction control, a sliding door on the right-hand side and glazed and heated rear doors. A pop-top roof and a sunroof will also be available from autumn onwards.

Inside, the Lineo offers the typical "wohnfühlen" home-away-from-home feel wherever you look. The Lineo C 590 features a comfortable lounge suite in the front area, a kitchen and a washroom in the middle of the vehicle and a large transverse bed at the rear. The habitation space feels generous thanks to an unobstructed sightline. A particularly unusual feature of this model range is the double floor that safely houses the pipework. It also offers additional storage space at the rear of the vehicle, for example for a camping table. Special highlight: Some of the empty space is heated. Like some of Bürstner's other model ranges, the Lineo features the Brava interior design option: Modern furniture and surface finishes in a mix of wood and a warm, light, contemporary sand grey; there are also three cosy upholstery fabrics to choose from.

Several optional extra packs are also on offer. The Technology & Design pack and the Comfort packs include chassis elements that make the travelling experience more

comfortable. There is also an Active Pack for people who prefer a more dynamic look. In addition, there is also a Lighting Pack on offer, as well as pack with optional body extras.

The Lineo C 590 is 5.98cm long and will be available in Germany for €48,690 from September 2022 onwards.
