Turkish bus manufacturer, Otokar has presented four new zero-emission buses at Busworld Europe.

Otokar’s electric e-CENTRO microbus is equipped with Level 4 autonomous driving technology and can thus travel without a human driver. This technology can also optimise the bus’ route depending on traffic conditions to enhance service reliability.

At Busworld, it is operating between the entrance and the exhibition halls.

The 6-6-metre vehicle has been designed for historical districts and tourist areas in cities with narrow streets. It can carry up to 32 passengers and is fully accessible for wheelchairs and strollers.

Its 110 kW lithium-ion NMC batteries can be fully recharged in 1.5 hours and offer a range of 200 kilometres.
