Презентация автобуса Atak Electric состоялась в конце июня 2019 года в Мюнхене.

В конце января 2019 года Jest Electic начал экспортироваться из Турции в Европу. В течение 2019-21 годов автобусы Jest Electic были изготовлены и доставлены во Францию, Германию, Грецию, Италию, Литву, Испанию, Португалию, Румынию, Словакию и Хорватию. Также несколько автобусов этой модели в 2019 году были отправлены в Мексику.

Karsan signed a dealership agreement with Quantron AG, a subsidiary of Haller, one of the country's well-established companies, to expand its sales and service network in Germany. Quantron AG, Karsan's dealer in Germany, has over 200 service points throughout the country. In line with this agreement, Karsan will increase its sales, service network and spare parts availability and aims to grow with its electric vehicles in Germany, the leading country in Europe with a bus market size of 7000.

Karsan will export 3 more Jest Electric to Germany in December.

Quantron AG, a subsidiary of Haller, which started to perform the sales and service of Karsan's commercial vehicle models Jest Electric and Atak Electric as from November, operates in the field of emission-free road transportation just like Karsan. In addition to electric vehicles it offers for a more efficient economy and greener transport, the company also performs the conversion of diesel engines into electric vehicles. Having a widespread service network throughout Europe, Quantron AG has a total of 220 service points in Germany. Quantron AG also performs innovative activities on different commercial vehicles ranging from municipality service vehicles to airport transport buses.
