Phantom V Touring Limousine by James Young, design PV23. Один из последних вариантов кузова для шасси Phantom V, дебютировал на Лондонском автосалоне в октябре 1965-го. Выпускался до октября 1967-го, всего было сделано 27 штук (+3 шт. версии PV23SD - Sedanca de Ville, +1 шт. версии PV23S - Saloon)
