Переднеприводный автомобиль с поперечным расположением V-образного 8-цилиндрового двигателя Cadillac Northstar мощностью 305 л.с. и 5-ступенчатой АКПП. В основе лежит несущий стальной кузов собственной разработки с навесными композитными панелями. Передняя и задняя подвески на двойных поперечных рычагах - от Mercedes ML. Автомобиль оснащен АВS, противозаносной и противобуксовочной системами.
