Модификация для России. Сборка осуществлялась в России Тушинским машиностроительным заводом (ТМЗ) и ОАО Тольяттиазот (ТоАЗ). Двигатель Raba D10 UTSLL160/190 (Euro-1/Euro-2). КПП Csepel S6-90U/ZF S6-120U. Некоторое количество машин в Москве в течении 2004-2006 годов были переоборудованы для работы на метане. Двери 4-4-4-4.
