At Busworld, Van Hool also showcases the first road-ready version of the Exqui.City. The Exqui.City is a so-called "tram-bus", which combines the best of two worlds. The vehicle combines the flexibility of a bus with the efficiency of a tram. The heart of the Exqui.City, both in the 18-metre and the 24-metre version, is the multi-propulsion platform, which uses various environmentally friendly power systems, such as trolley buses, hybrid systems, fuel cells or batteries.
