Модификация для Польши. Произведено всего 132 машины, включая несколько подмодификаций (37A, 37B, 37C и 37D), в зависимости от установленных двигателей MAN D2866TUH или MAN D2866UM и ГМП ZF или Voith. Вторая дверь смещена на одну оконную секцию вперед. Крупноузловая сборка машин производилась в Лодзи и Варшаве. 34 места для сидения. Двери 2-2-2-2.
