Hyundai Construction Equipment’s latest addition to the company’s wheel loader line, the HL 730-9A, boasts a number of improvements over the previous model, including a Tier 4 Interim engine upgrade.

The 128-horsepower Cummins QSB4.5 engine is fuel efficient, low-noise and is electronically controlled for the optimum fuel to air ratio. The self-diagnostic system provides dependability, while the combination of a high pressure common rail system and advanced in-cylinder combustion increases power.

The 23,249-pound wheel loader features a 2.5-cubic-yard bucket capacity with a bucket breakout force of 20,170 pounds. Available in an extended reach model for jobs requiring a high dump height, the loader also comes in a tool carrier model that features parallel lift.
