На комбайн NOVA 340 ставят двигатель YaMZ 534 мощностью 180 л. с. (экологический статус Stage IIIa) — это современный экономичный турбированный мотор с электронным управлением впрыска и системой контроля расхода топлива. Запас крутящего момента — 20 % — помогает в сложных условиях. Трансмиссия гидростатическая, КПП с 3 передачами. Также доступна версия машины с полным приводом. На комбайн NOVA 320/330 устанавливаются двигатели Cummins мощностью 167 и 175 л. с. соответственно (также отличается и экологический стандарт StageII/StageIV).
