1952 – Introduction by Ahlmann of Büdelsdorf in Germany of the first swing loaders.
1969 – On its AS7, Ahlmann is the first manufacturer to introduce 4-wheel drive transmission technology.
1979 – Launch by Ahlmann of front loaders.
1995 – Launch by Ahlmann of front loaders with 4-wheel steering.
1996 – Introduction of the autoshift transmission for Ahlmann swing loaders.
1999 – 20,000th Ahlmann loader rolls off production line.
2012 – AHLMANN Baumaschinen GmbH is renamed MECALAC Baumaschinen GmbH.
