Компания основана в 1909 году Чарльзом Эбботом в Детройте. Сборка автомобилей осуществлялась из узлов и компонентов, купленных у сторонних производителей, используя рамы и кузова собственного изготовления. В 1916 году производство было решено перевести в Кливленд, а название компании было изменено на Cosolidated Car Corporation. В 1918 году фирма была ликвидирована из-за тяжелого финансового положения.
